INTERNAL REGULATIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* All Guests (and their Visitors) must comply with the House Rules as well as any other
instructions provided by Sam during their stay.
* You are responsible for informing me of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as
soon as possible.
* Please use the house with due diligence.
NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
* Please limit noise so as not to disturb residents and neighbors, especially during the night
(from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.), as well as when passing through the corridor;
* Noise nuisance and noise at night are prohibited at any time and may result in the cancellation
of the reservation.
* We ask you to respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the other residents of the house.
VISITORS
* Guests wishing to invite Visitors to stay overnight in the Property must notify Sam at the time
of their reservation, subject to additional charges indicated in the pricing.
PARTY AND EVENTS
* It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering;
* It is 100% forbidden to use or sell drugs in the house
* All gatherings in small groups must be done in compliance with the other rules stipulated in
these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors
allowed.
SECURITY
* Make sure all windows and doors are closed and / or locked when leaving the accommodation
to maintain safety and prevent potential damage from rain.
* Please turn off lights, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use to save
energy.
CLEANING
* You are responsible for leaving the apartment in a correct and respectful state of cleanliness
* The cleaning of the accommodation is included in the price, but you must leave the place
clean and tidy on your departure and in correct conditions.
