The space

Perfect accommodation for 8 people or a family, two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 sofa bed .

There are 2 bathrooms.

There is a kitchen and a dining room, a living area with a sofa and a TV. Bed linen and towels are included.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment for you. All parts of the apartment are at your sole disposal.

The check-in time is from 3 p.m. Please respect our schedule. You will receive the access codes one day before your arrival. There is a code for the front door and then a code for your keybox at the front door of your flat. Check out is at 11.00 am.

House Rules

We do not have fancy and complicated rules about the house. It is mostly just a question of common sense and respect. But please make sure to read those few rules before booking the house.

- The house is non smoking area. Not even by the window.

- No party or loud noise allowed after 10 pm

- Check in and check out are autonomous.
Check in is after 4 pm
Check out is before 11 am

- Do not slam door and keep quiet in the corridor or commun area.

- Please keep the house tidy when checking out. Cleaning includes changing sheets, cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen, dusting and cleaning the floor.
Cleaning dishes is your duty as well as disposing of your trash inside the trash.

-No drugs or drug use are allowed on the property

-Always respect our house, our neighbors, and our city
